• All boaters must comply with marina docking regulations and staff instructions.
• Bagatelle Marina is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property while docked.
• The boat owner is responsible for securing their vessel properly and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Boats must be returned in the same condition as received, with any damages reported immediately.
• Failure to return the boat on time may result in additional charges.

• Bagatelle Marina is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring while using our docking or boat rental services.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold Bagatelle Marina harmless from any claims or legal actions resulting from their use of our services.

• All guests must respect marina property, staff, and other customers.
• Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or illegal activities will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

• Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties except as required by law.

• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
